All artwork and design created by Pittstop Graphics belongs to the company. We have the right to charge the client for our time spent on producing the work. Especially if said client uses another company to produce the work.

 

Please ensure all details and spelling on the proofs are correct, there will be an extra cost of replacement graphics produced, due to incorrect information.

Any logos or assets should be supplied in a vector format (we accept most common file types including .pdf, .eps .ai .cdr) if they cannot be provided Pittstop Graphics will charge £40 minimum 

p/h to redraw logos.

 

It is the customers’ responsibility to check all artwork thoroughly, including vehicle specification, colour, spelling and grammar. Any changes after approval will incur further costs. All artwork is property of Pittstop Graphics unless written confirmation states otherwise.

If the customer chooses to supply the relevant project information such as vehicle specification or signage measurements it is at the customer’s risk. Any incorrect information provided could result in delays and further incurred costs.

All vehicles must be brought to us as clean and dry as possible; we reserve the right to

charge for any time spent cleaning a vehicle in preparation for graphic application.

Cancellation within 24 hours of application will incur a late cancellation fee of 15% of the value of the job.

If a site survey is not undertaken by us, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide full

details including any restrictions to the site/environment where work is to take place. If

we are fitting vehicle wrap on-site the environment must adhere to the industry

standard vehicle wrap guidelines.

We reserve the right to cancel Installs on signs and vehicles. if our fitter feels it is unsafe

or not fit for purpose. This will included weather issues, problems with the building or surrounding areas and even vehicle condition.

- Sometimes a site visit or vehicle inspection does not occur prior to install.

We try to advise as much as possible that the vehicle must be in good enough condition. no rust or dodgy Resprays. At Pittstop we only use the best material. Guaranteed not to fail. This means if paint was to peel off, especially when stripping. This will be the owners issue to resolve, and we can not be held accountable.

All vehicle and other properties left at Pittstop will be left at owners risk. Especially if left oust side the building. at Pittstop we will always try and work around you. However if you do decided to drop off or collect outside of working hours, your property will be at your own risk.
